Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to MW Graphics Ltd.
“Client” refers to the individual or organisation purchasing goods or services from the Company.
“Services” refers to design, manufacture, supply and installation of vehicle graphics, wrapping, paint protection film, window tinting, signage and related services.
“Goods” refers to physical products supplied by the Company.

2. Basis of Contract

2.1 All quotations are provided subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 A contract is formed when the Client accepts a written quotation or provides written confirmation to proceed.
2.3 These Terms override any terms proposed by the Client unless agreed in writing.

3. Quotations & Pricing

3.1 Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to amend pricing if:

• Project scope changes
• Specifications are altered
• Site conditions differ from those stated
• Additional works are required

3.4 Any variation must be agreed before additional work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment terms will be stated on the quotation or invoice.
4.2 The Company may require:

• A deposit prior to production
• Stage payments for larger projects
• Full payment prior to installation

4.3 Late payments may result in delayed production or installation.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to charge interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Design & Artwork

5.1 All design work remains the intellectual property of MW Graphics Ltd until full payment is received.
5.2 Clients are responsible for approving artwork proofs before production.
5.3 Once artwork is approved, the Company is not liable for errors not identified during proofing.

6. Vehicle Graphics & Wrapping

6.1 The Client must ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy and free from damage prior to installation.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing paint defects
• Poor quality resprays
• Previously repaired panels
• Weak lacquer or ageing paintwork

6.3 Removal of existing graphics may expose paint fade or damage. The Company accepts no liability for underlying paint condition.

6.4 Installation times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition and complexity.

7. Paint Protection Film & Window Tinting

7.1 PPF and tint films are designed to protect surfaces but cannot prevent all damage.
7.2 UK window tinting regulations apply. The Client is responsible for ensuring vehicle compliance where modifications are requested.
7.3 Natural curing time may be required following installation.

8. Signage Installation

8.1 The Client must ensure:

• Access to site
• Safe working environment
• Structural suitability of fixing surfaces

8.2 The Company is not responsible for structural integrity of walls or buildings unless specifically contracted to assess.

8.3 Planning permission and landlord consent remain the Client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Warranties

9.1 Manufacturer warranties may apply to specific materials.
9.2 Warranty validity depends on:

• Proper installation
• Correct maintenance
• Environmental exposure
• Misuse or accidental damage

9.3 The Company does not guarantee lifespan beyond manufacturer specifications.

10. Cancellations

10.1 Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
10.2 If cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered, the Client remains liable for costs incurred.
10.3 Custom or bespoke items cannot be returned once manufactured.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Company’s liability shall not exceed the value of the contract.
11.2 The Company is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profit
• Business interruption

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Supply chain delays
• Extreme weather
• Government restrictions
• Acts of God

13. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of MW Graphics Ltd until payment is received in full.

14. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Amendments

MW Graphics Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of contract shall apply.
