A quality cast vinyl wrap, properly fitted and looked after, typically lasts around five to seven years. Life depends on the film, the colour and finish, where the car is kept and how it's cleaned. We'll advise on expected life for your chosen finish at quote stage.
No. When fitted to sound, original paintwork and removed correctly, cast vinyl lifts cleanly without damaging the paint underneath. It actually protects the paint from UV fade and minor chips while it's on. The main exception is paint that's already flaking or previously resprayed poorly, which we'll check at survey stage.
Yes. That's one of the main advantages of wrapping over respraying. The wrap can be removed and your original factory paint is revealed underneath, unchanged. You can return to standard or rewrap in a new colour whenever you like.
