Certified for Safe At-Height Installation
Wrapping a full-height HGV, a curtain-sided trailer or a piece of plant machinery isn't a job you do from the ground. It needs proper access equipment and the certification to use it safely and legally.
Our installation teams are IPAF certified for powered access platforms (cherry pickers and scissor lifts) and PASMA certified for mobile access towers. That means we can wrap the full height and length of large vehicles safely, whether at our workshop or on your site, with the right access plan and safe systems of work in place.

Curtain-Sider and Trailer Graphics
Trailers are rolling billboards. A curtain-sided trailer travelling motorway routes puts your brand in front of tens of thousands of drivers a week. We produce both printed curtain graphics and vinyl-applied trailer wraps, depending on the curtain material and the look you're after.

Materials Built for Motorway Miles
Large vehicles cover serious mileage in tough conditions: road debris, weather, high-speed airflow and frequent washing. The graphics have to hold up.
We use cast vinyl and large-format print films from the four manufacturers we're certified with: 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon and Oracal, finished with protective laminates for durability. As an Arlon Certified Fleet Installer, our installations on Arlon-supplied materials are warranted by Arlon directly. Material grade is matched to the asset and its working life at survey stage.
Planned Installation for Large Assets
Large scale jobs need coordination. Access equipment has to be arranged, site access and permits sorted, and the work sequenced so a big asset isn't tied up longer than it needs to be.
We plan each large scale installation around the vehicle and the site, whether that's at our Burstwick workshop or on location at your depot, yard or port. Clean alignment across large panels and consistent quality across every asset is maintained throughout, with the documentation larger operators need for their own compliance.
