Fleet Branding Solutions in Hull

Coordinated Fleet Livery, Multi-Vehicle Wraps and Brand-Consistent Vehicle Graphics

MW Graphics delivers fleet branding programmes for businesses running 5, 50 or 500-plus vehicles, with coordinated install schedules, brand-consistent finish across every vehicle, and a single point of contact from quote to handover. Every project is handled at our Burstwick workshop near Hull, with installation crews mobilising to your site for fleet rollouts across the UK.

As an Arlon Certified Fleet Installer, our installations on Arlon-supplied materials are warranted by the manufacturer directly, not just by us. The wider Martin Williams (Hull) group has been engineering, painting and branding commercial vehicles from Burstwick since 1990.

Fleet Branding That Looks Like a Fleet

A fleet is only as professional as its least-consistent vehicle. The difference between a fleet that looks like a fleet and one that looks like a collection of vans comes down to how strictly the branding is applied: same colour-matched vinyl, same logo placement on every vehicle, same finish across vehicles of different ages and conditions.

Our fleet branding work is built around that consistency. We work to your existing brand guidelines, document the placement specification once, and apply it identically across every vehicle in the rollout. New vehicles added to the fleet later match the original install exactly because we keep the production files on record.

Coordinated Rollouts, Minimal Off-Road Time

Fleet branding is a logistical exercise as much as a wrapping one. Vehicles can't all be off the road at once, design approvals need to happen across multiple stakeholders, and install schedules have to fit around your operational availability.

We plan rollouts in scheduled waves, working with your operations team to identify which vehicles can release when. Some clients prefer 4 to 8 vehicles per week through our Burstwick workshop. Others prefer site-based installation across multiple depots. We work with what suits your business.

Materials We Use

Every fleet wrap we install uses cast vinyl from one of the four major manufacturers we're certified with: 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon and Oracal. The specific film we specify on a project depends on the vehicle, the working environment and how long the wrap needs to perform.

As an Arlon Certified Fleet Installer, our installations on Arlon-supplied materials are warranted by Arlon directly. That manufacturer-backed warranty matters most on multi-year fleet livery programmes, where consistency of finish across hundreds of installations needs documented backing.

What We Manage Across a Fleet Project

A typical fleet branding project involves:

  • Initial fleet survey to assess current vehicles, photograph variations, and identify how your brand currently appears across the fleet

  • Design and brand placement specification documented as a standard you can refer to for every future install

  • Production scheduling coordinated to your operational availability

  • Installation rollout at our workshop or your site, in scheduled waves

  • Production file retention so future vehicles match the original install exactly

  • Quality control documentation for fleet operators with audit requirements

  • Refresh and replacement panels held on quick-reorder for accident damage and refresh cycles

Larger fleet rebrands, multi-site rollouts and tender-driven projects typically need additional planning around RAMS, site access and stakeholder approvals. We can supply documentation for tender requirements as needed.

How Much Does Fleet Branding Cost?

Fleet branding pricing depends on vehicle types, coverage (graphics-only, partial wraps or full wraps), design complexity and total fleet size. Per-vehicle pricing reduces with volume because design, setup and production costs are spread across the rollout.

A small fleet of 10 vans with consistent graphics works out cheaper per vehicle than a single one-off wrap. A 100-vehicle rollout reduces further. We'll send you a written quote following the free fleet survey, with per-vehicle and total project pricing broken out clearly.

Fleet Branding FAQs

  • No minimum. We work on single vehicles, 3-van trade fleets and full national programmes. The process is the same, the pricing scales with volume.

  • Yes. Fleet branding works across new and existing vehicles, with cast vinyl bonding cleanly to sound paintwork regardless of vehicle age. Where existing vehicles have minor surface defects, we identify these at survey stage and prep accordingly.

  • We keep your production files on record so any future vehicle added to the fleet uses the exact same colour-matched artwork and placement specification as the original rollout. No drift between the first vehicle and the hundredth.

  • Either, or both. Most fleet operators prefer their lower-volume workshop installs at our Burstwick facility where conditions are controlled, and high-volume rollouts at their depot to minimise vehicle off-road time. We'll discuss what works best at survey stage.

  • Yes. Cast vinyl is fully removable and won't damage the underlying paintwork when fitted and removed correctly. Vehicles can be returned to original condition at end-of-lease without paint refinishing. The wrap also protects original paintwork during the lease term from UV fade, stone chips and minor scratches.

  • Yes. We supply documentation as required for commercial tender requirements, supplier audit programmes and RAMS-driven site access. Get in touch with what's needed and we'll send across what's required.

  • We're certified with 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon and Oracal. As an Arlon Certified Fleet Installer, our installations on Arlon-supplied materials are warranted by Arlon directly, not just by us.
